| Hello, My name is Thomas Pleysier, but you can call me Tom

I am a passionate, self-taught digital artist with skills in both 3D CAD/Rendering and 2D Illustration and Image work, and I am always happy to learn new skills; I am a person of friendliness and kindness, I have quick problem-solving skills in both physical solutions and digital solutions, and overall I love being helpful, that being said I also have good time management skills, If I am given a job I plan to finish them quickly with excellent quality control.

I am looking to gain employment in the creative industry to further my skills and experience. Now I have multiple years working in a professional matter in terms of freelance commissions, but this is not a sustainable source of income.

I am highly proficient in using most of Adobe’s Creative Suite software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Along with Microsoft’s office suite.
I also have experience in multiple 3D Design software like Blender, Cinema4D and more

| Interests and Hobbies

  • Making Art. I have a weekly artwork series that I have been working on for around 2 years, and you can check that out under Digital Art > AWC Season 2, or Click here to check them out

  • Photography. I have 2 Collections of my photos, my more recent one Photography 2.0 and Photography 1.0
    I also do Film Photography, I have both 35mm and 120mm film experience with my Canon AE-1 for 35mm and my Mamiya RB67 ProS for 120mm. I also prefer to shoot fully manual because I love to have full control over my photo taking experience.

  • Photogrammetry. So I love going out and taking hundreds of photos of objects to turn them into assets that I use in my artworks, artistically this is great but it also has many other pro’s in design. I have drone shot signs for sizing references and demo renders for freelancing contracts. I even do it old-school and use photoshop to make mockups for visualization because I know not to reinvent the wheel

  • PC Building. I really enjoy working on PC’s, setting them up and making spec sheets for specific use cases, both affordable and over the top. I am over all a “tech wiz” I know my way around the hardware as much as I know my way around the software

  • Teaching people what I have learnt. Every now and then a bunch of people ask me to teach them some stuff, So I guest host in some discord servers and talk about my design process and some things I have learnt over the years. People love my teaching skills as I quickly adapt to their leaning style along with being comedic to lighten up the tone.
